Translating Metadata

TranSFlator translates Salesforce metadata while preserving the platform’s terminology.

Metadata typeExample
Custom field labels”Account Name” → “Nazwa Account”
Picklist values”Hot”, “Warm”, “Cold” → “Gorący”, “Ciepły”, “Zimny”
Validation rule messagesError text for end users
Custom labelsApp-specific UI text
Standard value setsStandard picklist translations

The key differentiator: TranSFlator’s AI understands Salesforce context.

Standard translation:

“Update the Lead Status” → “Zaktualizuj status ołowiu” ❌

TranSFlator translation:

“Update the Lead Status” → “Zaktualizuj Lead Status” ✓

Salesforce terms like Lead, Opportunity, Account, Case, Flow, Dashboard, and others stay untranslated — because that’s how Salesforce admins expect them.

TranSFlate sends entries to the TranSFlator API in batches of up to 100 items. This enables fast processing of large orgs with thousands of translatable entries.

  • Processing speed: typically under 2 seconds per batch
  • You can cancel a running batch at any time

After translation, all entries appear in an editable grid. You can:

  • Double-click any cell to edit
  • Review translations before deploying
  • Re-translate individual entries if needed
